as an eto engineer, you will be responsible for:
- developing engineering drawings and bill of materials in support of engineer to order (eto) product designs
- provide support to cross functional team members regarding the technical aspect pertaining to the hpump equipment
- troubleshooting equipment and participating in failure analysis teams
- working with vendors and customers to resolve hpump related issues
- providing technical documentation to support hpump product
- seeking out and implementing methods to reduce cost and improve product
- aiding in the development of designs for hpump orders
- tracking project milestones and deliverables and participating in various agency audits
- establishing and maintaining professional communications with customers

to be successful in this role you will have:
- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university
- minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an engineering position
- extensive experience with solidworks 3d cad software
- experience with 3d fea simulation software and associated engineering calculations
- demonstrated project management skills
- proven analytical and organizational ability
- effective problem identification and solution skills
desired characteristics:
- familiarization with engineer to order processes
- effective organizational and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- prior work experience with hpump manufacturing and rotating equipment a plus
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to influence others and lead small teams
