 
        
        We are seeking a technical content lead to take charge of and enhance our developer and help documentation. In this role, you will produce clear, precise, and engaging content for both developers and business users, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
your responsibilities:
 * developer hub: create and maintain api guides, tutorials, and reference documentation for rest and graphql endpoints, including api v2 docs and changelogs.
 * developer tools: document sdks (python, java, go, ) and postman collections.
 * help documentation: ensure business-facing help articles are accurate, easy to understand, and practical.
 * cross-functional collaboration: partner with engineers, product managers, and marketing to maintain consistent, high-quality content.
 * developer community engagement: participate in slack/discord channels to collect feedback and improve documentation.
what you offer:
 * 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software developers.
 * excellent written english, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
 * strong understanding of apis (rest, graphql, webhooks, oauth 2.0) and ability to read code (python, java, javascript, go).
 * proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
 * advanced english
preferred:
 * experience in fintech or financial services.
 * knowledge of modern software architecture patterns (cqrs, event-driven).
 * familiarity with readme, zendesk, intercom, or managing technical communities.
