where you will make an impact
* assisting the manager in addressing complex provisioning, deployment, configuration, and automation projects.
* writing standard operating procedures and training our operations engineers to use and maintain the automation tools.
* identify, analyze, and optimize cloud operations processes in collaboration with the network, platform, database, and applications teams for automation.
* analyze changes in business requirements and update the existing documents, processes, methods, procedures, and tools to work with these changes.
* proactive system management via monitoring, building, and developing automated remediation.
* smooth collaboration amongst cross-functional peer teams to deliver optimal customer experience.
* be an active participant in root cause analysis, providing feedback, insights, & recommendations
what you will bring
* cloud knowledge.
* 3-5 years’ experience in ansible, terraform, python, lambda, jenkins, bitbucket.
* 3-5 years’ experience working with web servers and web application development (tomcat, apache, iis, nginx).
* 3-5 years’ experience working with postgres and/or sql.
* monitoring experience (elk, datadog).
