Overview:
The Project Management Manager is a key player in our journey towards founding and maturing the Operational Excellence Culture by driving the planning and execution of the strategic initiatives’ portfolio across GBS. This role will oversee cross-functional projects in areas such as Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Customer Service, and others that will be added to the scope of services, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, lead, manage and deliver end-to-end project lifecycles for strategic initiatives in collaboration with SMEs, Corporate and GBS leaders (process automation, digital transformation, ERP migrations, software development, AI).
- Monitor and report Project Portfolio Performance according to GBS’ Management Review Process considering local and foreign audiences.
- Develop Project Management skills (hard & soft) among the GBS teams to mature the Operational Excellence Culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Overall Experience of 10+ years with at least 5 years in a Project Management role within Shared Services, Technology, Software Development or similar in global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or related field) with proficiency in Agile methodologies /PMI frameworks and Risk Management (PMP / Agile certification preferred).
- Must be comfortable in a fully bilingual working environment (Spanish English) presenting strategic project status to VPs and C-Level executives demonstrating solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Desired Proficiency with relevant platforms and tools (ERP systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite, MS Teams) and SDLC projects.

The Project Manager works alongside PM teams and regional stakeholders to deliver quality studies and manage cross-functional project delivery in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution, performance, and safety from initiation to completion on all assigned projects.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex leased line and private line connectivity projects across multiple carriers and geographies. This role requires coordination, problem-solving and hands-on delivery to ensure timely, high-standard project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver multi-carrier physical connectivity projects (MPLS, EVPL, IEPL, submarine cable).
- Map physical topologies and supplier demarcation points, ensuring clear ownership boundaries.
- Coordinate and escalate with suppliers, driving accountability across complex delivery chains.
- Handle on-site execution challenges, including access, permits, and construction issues.
- Manage cross-border or international deliveries, including licensing and multi-country coordination.
- Act as a trusted customer-facing representative, managing expectations, providing updates, and handling escalations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in delivering leased line / data connectivity projects.
- Experience with MPLS backbone and local loop delivery, EVPL rollouts, or submarine cable projects.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Project Ownership:

Requirements and Skills:
- At least 3 years in project management within the market research industry.
- Strong understanding of PM principles, scope, quality, client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with data collection and survey platforms.
- Team leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused and able to manage cross-functional coordination.
