Job description we are seeking a health, safety and environment (ehs / hse) analyst / coordinator to join our manufacturing operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal standards, promoting a safe, sustainable, and compliant work environment. This position provides direct support to operations and plant leadership, actively contributing to the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ehs management systems and fostering a strong culture of prevention. Key responsibilities develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (ehs) policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate standards. Conduct internal audits, plant inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and define corrective and preventive actions. Ensure safe working conditions, proper use of personal protective equipment (ppe), and ergonomic compliance at workstations. Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, documenting root causes and following up on preventive actions. Support the preparation, update, and control of ehs documentation and legal requirements. Coordinate and deliver safety and environmental training for employees and contractors. Ensure compliance with iso 45001, iso 14001, iatf 16949, and iso 9001, as well as customer-specific automotive requirements. Prepare ehs performance reports and key indicators for management. Promote a safety culture through awareness campaigns and effective communication. Collaborate with operations, quality, and human resources to integrate ehs practices across all work areas. Requirements technical degree or bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, industrial safety, or a related field. Previous experience (4–6 years preferred) in ehs roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of legal compliance, hazard identification, and risk analysis. Experience with iso 45001 and iso 14001 management systems (iatf 16949 is a plus). Intermediate english, with the ability to maintain business-related conversations. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and results-driven approach.
