we are currently seeking a customer quality engineer.
responsibilities:
* visit customers as scheduled and complete visit records.
* establish clear communication channels with customers and deliver customer information promptly to internal teams.
* prepare materials for quality meetings as required by customers.
* communicate quality improvement activities to customers, organize and address customer complaints.
* achieve quality objectives and assurance agreements with customers, and organize their implementation.
* coordinate the return process of after-sales parts with customers.
* conduct analysis according to the \"after-sales return part analysis process\" and complete summary reports on time.
* ensure customer claims, invoices, and return documentation are clear and accurate.
* monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures.
* respond to customer complaints within 24 hours and maintain good communication and relationships.
qualifications:
* at least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
* proficiency in english (verbal and written) and strong communication skills.
* mastery of the five main quality tools (apqp, ppap, spc, msa, fmea).
* familiarity with iatf16949 quality system standards.
