**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role focuses on the development of strong relationships, achieving sales goals, working to understand the needs of customers and delivering effective solutions.
**Objectives/Functions**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets while consistently driving revenue growth.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer deliverables timely.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid driving and travel documentation such as passport and US Visa.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
