Principal duties and responsibilitiestransformation management practitioners will shape, mobilize and execute end to end transformation journey with our clients with a clear focus on vision, an integrated approach and a focus on valuetransformation management professionals operate at the intersection of business and technology and are required to act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realizationuse deep industry and technology competence e.g., in cloud, erp, platforms, data or security to build rapport equally with senior and deeply skilled stakeholders in both business and technology functions and facilitate quick and effective decision makingwork with the senior client stakeholders to understand transformation vision and conduct an initial assessment to identify key pillars for transformation.create transformation business case and socialize with clients for their approval / iterationsformulate transformation roadmap based on various dependencies and other ongoing initiativesmanage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement large scale technology transformation programsprogram management oriented along value realization and multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, sustainability)leverage industry knowledge to guide our clients towards a well-defined target operating model while effectively managing talent and change management requirements at the overall programme levelmentor and develop peopleyour experience counts!
bachelor's degree completed.mba degree from tier-1 college (preferable).
availability to travel may be required.5-9+ years large scale transformation management experience, and managing teams in a consulting environment or as part of a firm's internal strategy/transformation capability5+ years of experience participating or leading a part of significant digital transformation program(s) - preferably in erp, cloud, platforms, interactive, new it and other technology landscapesexperience in setting up and driving a project management/ value realization office /transformation management office for own organization or for clients5+ years of experience leading or managing teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing recommendationsexposure to and understanding of it strategy & scrum/agile transformation methodologyexperience in working with senior client stakeholders to draft the north star vision for transformationa strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in the following industries is preferred: financial services, retail, consumer goods, telecommunications, life sciences, transportation, hospitality, automotive/industrial, mining and resources#li-latam#j-*-ljbffr
