- experience in inventory control.
- experience and advanced management of sap-mrp -erp
- experience in statistical reports, projections and understanding of financial and operational impacts.
- knowledge of ms excel advanced.
*main responsibilities*:
- is responsible for receiving and processing specific customer requirements.
- is responsible for scheduling shipments to customers in a timely manner, as well as ensuring delivery.
- prepare logistics report for each part number and update it and maintain the mrp.
- order and expedite purchase orders to comply with demand nationally and internationally.
- coordinate material coverage for new projects.
- is responsible for requiring advance payments to suppliers where the terms and conditions apply.
- is responsible for the correct management of kpis in the area.
- prepares accounting documents for domestic and international bank transfers.
- prepares documents for incoming transfers from american facilities.
