Opportunity: site reliability engineer – mexico (remote) responsibilities utilize your knowledge in .net framework and .net core web services for troubleshooting and remediation production issues. Work with cross-functional teams in the organization and help establish slos and drive consistent efforts to achieve those slos. Identify and recommend areas in which there is insufficient observability. Respond to customer incidents and escalations and help prioritize engineering work, from whole initiatives to sprint tasks.
