Vmware administrator – level 2
oversee vmware virtual and physical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with corporate security policies.
* administer and maintain vmware vsphere platform 6.x, esxi hosts, and vcenter server.
* provision and troubleshoot windows and linux virtual machines from templates, iso images, and pre‑configured appliances.
* implement security patches, functional updates, and version upgrades; perform performance tuning of esx servers.
* harden esxi hosts and document support processes.
* collaborate with the security team to identify and resolve server vulnerabilities; manage data restoration procedures.
* configure snapshot, high‑availability (ha), distributed resource scheduler (drs), and cloning background processes.
* upgrade vmware esx from version 6.0 to 6.7 and manage vcenter update manager for host updates.
* provide 2nd‑level systems support and maintain compliance with corporate security policies.
* manage hp/dell hardware, networking, and storage configuration using hp tools; administer hp oneview and virtual connect.
* proficiency in vmware technologies such as vmotion, drs, vcenter, and web console troubleshooting.
soc engineer – rotating shifts
manage security operations, analyze incidents, and maintain multiple firewall and endpoint security systems.
* hands‑on experience with cisco asa, fxos, palo alto firewalls, and panorama.
* in‑depth understanding of palo alto concepts – security zones, policy ordering, audit log analysis, address sets, user roles, route‑based policies, address books, and application traffic control.
* hands‑on with cisco ise for vpn authentication, aaa, and policy creation.
* experience with routing protocols and security incident handling, including mitigation planning.
* knowledge of symantec dlp.
* expertise in multiple security technologies: firewalls, vpns, ids/ips, endpoint security (av, hips, disk encryption), rsa securid, cisco ironport web/mail gateways, tacacs/aaa solutions; multiple technology proficiency preferred.
* familiarity with f5 load balancers.
* strong presentation skills and ability to participate in review meetings.
* capability to conduct risk and impact analysis, determining dependencies across internal teams.
* experience with itil processes.
accounts payable specialist
the accounts payable specialist validates, processes, and reconciles company invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment while supporting related projects and reporting.
key responsibilities
* process electronic invoices in mcleod erp within standard slas.
* validate daily invoice postings and verify compliance with financial policies.
* maintain vendor relationships and resolve invoice rejections.
* investigate and resolve payment issues, delays, and variances.
* support operational projects and contribute to metrics and reporting.
* reconcile the accounts payable ledger, investigating discrepancies.
education & experience
* bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
* 4 years of related experience in the field.
* knowledge of mcleod, workflow logix, doc power, and oracle.

* excellent english communication skills.
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* strong organizational and analytical capabilities; ability to multitask.
