Human resources business partnerwe are seeking a seasoned human resources business partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees within the us nearshoring hub based in mexico city. Your primary focus will be on ensuring alignment between business objectives and hr practices.key responsibilitiestalent acquisition: develop and implement efficient recruitment processes for hub us positions. Design onboarding and retention strategies that enhance employee experience.talent management: plan and implement hr processes, training, and organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.strategic hr process control: monitor, improve, and streamline hr processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.communication & collaboration: act as a key point of contact, building strong partnerships with stakeholders in the us and mexico, as well as with hub employees, to ensure effective communication, trust, and engagement.partner with leaders: support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
