Talent Acquisition Specialist | Hiring for LATAM As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and best practices. Overview Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other technologies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Build and manage integrations with other applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and optimized performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design specifications. Stay updated with new Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance existing implementations. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards. Work closely with U.S.-based business teams and technical stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configurations. Integration Skills: Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Need experience in CPQ - Quote to Cash process.
