meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40 in germany and already available in many other european countries. For every region in which we launch our app, we diligently build up communities. Y*ou will be working in our newly formed team usa, acquire and manage community captains (volunteer supporters of meet5), produce content, write newsletters and perform many more exciting marketing activities. There are no limits to your creativity* a steep learning curve, interesting tasks and lots of fun are guaranteed
tasks
* as community manager, you are responsible for using our proven and developing new community building concepts to get meet5 started in the us.
* writing newsletters, blog posts, push messages and other content
* managing the local community captains
* monitoring the development of your communities every week and helping us draw conclusions for the next actions (dashboards and lots of help are provided)
qualification
* excellent knowledge of english: as you will be translating and localising content and managing the local communities, you must have excellent writing skills
* background experience: either engagement, social customer care, localisation, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency
* social media knowledge: experience in using either facebook, twitter, instagram, tiktok, linkedin and/or youtube
* bonus: german level b2 or higher
