This position serves as the primary communication link between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
*key responsibilities*
- serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- receive, register, and follow up on complaints, ensuring timely and proper resolution.
- process client requisitions and coordinate with internal departments to meet requirements: planning and production, purchasing and materials, warehouse, quality, logistics and import-export.
- maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates and solutions (order status updates related to production, delivery dates, shipments, and logistics).
- prepare incident reports and provide feedback to the corresponding area to improve processes.
- foster trust-based relationships and customer satisfaction.
- support new customer and new product introductions.
- track action items, meeting notes, and follow-ups with internal teams.
- develop and implement strategies for client account growth and drive revenue growth
- anticipate customer needs by following up with existing clients to offer new orders or additional services.
*requirements*:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or similar roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- english proficiency is indispensable (minimum 90% oral and written).
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- basic knowledge of crm systems or customer management platforms.
- results-oriented and team player.
- experience coordinating with multiple internal departments.
- basic understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
- intermediate excel skills.
- bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field.
