Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key clients. Support and monitor the implementation of after-sales projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and achievement of objectives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee high customer satisfaction and service excellence. Requirements bachelors degree or higher in business, engineering, or related fields. Advanced english proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) essential as the working language. Minimum of 3 years experience in client management, sales, or after-sales service (preferably within industrial or b2b environments). Availability to travel according to business needs.
