responsibilities
* own the creation of content for all organic social media channels, including filming, editing, and captioning
* collaborate with the head of marketing to develop social media content strategy
* manage content calendar and schedule posts across platforms
* lead influencer content creation for organic and paid social media
* produce social media performance reports with benchmarks and targets
* plan, shoot, and edit social videos for advertising on platforms like meta, tiktok, youtube
* coordinate with paid media marketing team for content on paid channels
* community management to ensure high communication standards with members
* assist in creating brand assets, organizing photo and video shoots
* support content creation for email and website
* sourcing marketing partners and supporting partnership campaigns
required skills
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or relevant field (preferred)
* experience in marketing or social media roles (preferred)
* creative skills with knowledge of adobe creative cloud (willing to learn if not experienced)
* experience with social platforms like instagram, facebook, youtube, tiktok
* ability to produce high-quality social media assets (photos, videos)
* strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
