Review of NDA review.Corporate HousekeepingGranting and revoking of powers of attorney;Execution of shareholders' meetings;Obtention of proxy letters from the shareholders in coordination with Netherlands.Keeping the corporate books up to date.Issuance of certificates for audit purposes (confirmations from the Secretary of the Board, as well as of ongoing legal proceedings).
