- experience using servicenow, jira, or similar itsm tools in an ams environment.

- actividades:
*key responsibilities*
- lead daily production support for oracle cloud order management and gop modules, ensuring timely order fulfillment and resolution of orchestration issues.
- handle end-to-end support for atp rules, sourcing logic, match criteria, and lead time configurations in a distributed supply chain setup with multiple warehouses and fulfillment nodes.
- troubleshoot and resolve issues in order scheduling, drop shipment, back-to-back flows, and custom orchestration stages.
- act as a single point of contact for business teams across order entry, manufacturing planning, inventory allocation, and distribution logistics.
- collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues (e.g., order import, status updates, 3pl/shipping integrations).
- analyze gop behavior and recommend enhancements to support seasonal demand, priority fulfillment, and regional stocking policies.
- support minor enhancements, testing cycles, and oracle quarterly update assessments in an ams context.
- guide and mentor junior consultants in support operations and issue triage best practices.
