*role & responsibilities*:
1. Develop a regional/country business plan in line with corporate guidelines and
objectives that maximizes potential and opportunity.
2. Identify and onboard new partners including distributors and dealers in latin america.
3. Manage customers to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new
business opportunities.
4. Work with customers to develop sales plans for sell in and sell out and monitor sales
performance against targets.
5. Continuously monitor the competition, trends and market landscape and develop
strategies to improve sales and increase market share.
*requirements and skills*:
1. 3 years above of experience in channel management or sales in smartphone or
electronic products business.
2. Ability to guide the customers on distribution and retail.
3. Proficiency in english and spanish. Chinese is preferable.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to
partners.
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
