key responsibilities:

requirements:
* bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field.
* 15 years of experience working actively with unions in manufacturing.
* experience managing multisite contracts.
* strong understanding of mexican employment laws, taxes, and payroll.
* budget administration.
* advanced level english language proficiency.
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint).
