Job position: transportation logistics coordinator we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a transportation logistics coordinator. This role is responsible for performing various clerical tasks and general support functions for multiple teams. Key responsibilities:coordinate the scheduling of shipments, including booking loads and processing orders from customers.monitor freight in transit and assist internal customers with issues related to their shipments.ensure compliance with import/export regulations by accurately processing shipping documents.perform administrative duties, such as maintaining records and files, compiling data, and ensuring accurate keyboarding skills. Requirements:advanced english language proficiency (c1 level minimum).valid visa or work permit for at least six months.bachelor's degree in a logistics-related field from mexico.schedule flexibility: monday to friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm or 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with adjustments made for daylight saving time.
