Job title: senior implementation consultant
job summary:
the implementation consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain, and support hardware and software solutions. This includes problem identification, system architecture definition/specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration.
the consultant works with a variety of customers worldwide to conceptualize, design, and optimize philips solutions, aiming for customer success. Designing for these environments requires strong, proven design talent and deep knowledge of technical and customer best practices across various environments.
your role:
1. building, deploying, and/or integrating solutions.
2. collaborating on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.
3. serving as a consultant based on customer requirements to provide technical recommendations suited to the environment.
4. resolving technical issues and providing proactive technical support.
5. documenting solutions to enable support teams and other consultants to participate in support and future development.
6. contributing to philips' collective learning by sharing knowledge globally and assessing repeatable processes for cross-project leverage.
7. practicing configuration management and version control.
8. executing activities as outlined in the philips excellence process framework.
9. being a key member of the implementation project and/or service team, fostering collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise.

1. you have experience as an administrative, accountant, financial analyst, or similar role involving installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and support of hardware and software solutions.
2. you speak intermediate to advanced english.
3. you possess strong communication and influencing skills.
4. you are available to travel within mexico to perform processes at client sites.
5. you have knowledge of project management methodologies.
6. you practice good documentation and business process modeling (bpm) skills.
7. you have strong control over audiences and user training.
8. you can work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
9. you have knowledge of noms and regulatory standards for mexico (preferred).
