职位描述
dupont electronics is looking for a pricing analyst, to manage customer pricing in support of sales, reporting into the global leveraged operations team. The primary responsibility is to manage prices for a regional interconnect solutions business units in emea and americas regions, by being the key support for prices in salesforce pricing system (business admin) and track metrics in support of sales to improve revenues.
key responsibilities
1. regional business administrator for salesforce (sfdc pa) pricing tool including approval flow governance, trouble shooting support, new user training, and annual sfdc pa user reviews.
2. raise the pricing requests on behalf of the price owners to the correct standards and requirements.
3. managing, maintaining, tracking, and continuously improving usage of salesforce pricing tool.
4. manage the pricing processes, making sure all processes are followed and in compliance with best practices.
5. manage, maintain, and track rebates in sap and sfdc.
6. ensure all activities are compliant with company internal controls and standards.
7. identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
8. work closely with the regional sales manager and sales team to support pricing actions.
9. participate in global projects / work activities assigned by team leader.
qualifications
1. bachelor’s degree.
2. 2+ years of proven experience in sap, sap pricing flows, and salesforce pricing management.
3. knowledge of order flow processes in sap.
4. analytical skills, and ability to look at data from various perspectives.
5. proficiency with automations (like excel macros, vba scripts, powerapps).
6. ability to understand workflows and processes and follow-ups.
7. proficiency with microsoft office tools.
8. ability to maintain cross-functional relationships with business manager, account managers, product line managers, and customer service.
9. demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written) with account managers.
10. strong organizational capability.
11. fluent in english written and spoken.
12. sfdc / sap experience is preferred.
