description: ftl- track, book, advise on current and prospective loads. Communicate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to keep customers up to date. Track progress in power broker, send emails to brokers upon request, advise carriers that call in with questions on loads

activities:
* track loads for ftl division.
* communicate via phone, email or text with ftl drivers.
* provide load updates to our clients.
* provide afterhours support to other england logistics departments.

* proficiency in microsoft office (excel, outlook, and adobe acrobat)
* ability to manage multiple operating systems
* ability with software systems.
