Ensures compliance with legal obligations by applying labor regulations. Oversees and manages payroll processing and the administration of personnel data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards, collective agreements, and company-specific policies.
* Monitors developments in the social and labor landscape.
* Verifies and enforces workplace regulations (working hours, operational rules, safety standards, etc.).
* Applies methods, standards, and procedures defined by the Human Resources Department.
* Actively participates in and contributes to the Group’s HR development projects.
* Supports managers in their leadership practices and implementation of HR policies.
* Collaborates with the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager.
* Manages employee termination and resignation procedures.
* Oversees workforce planning, forecasting short- and medium-term staffing needs aligned with strategic goals.
* Prepares, initiates, and supervises performance evaluation interviews.
* Analyzes evaluation outcomes to determine collective or individual actions in coordination with operational managers.
Career management:
* Prepares and leads career committees in collaboration with the HR Department.
* Conducts interviews and monitors employee career paths to foster skill development, retention, and engagement.
* Supervises and analyzes salary progression and promotions in coordination with HR.
* Responds to employee requests regarding HR development.
* Leads the development of the training plan and budget based on identified needs and recommendations.
* Oversees the implementation and organization of the training plan.
* Presents the training plan to the Training Committee and Works Council.
* Monitors and analyzes training budget evolution.
* Evaluates training effectiveness and proposes or implements corrective measures when necessary.
* Chairs the training committee.
* Stays informed on legal developments in the training domain.
* Participates in meetings with employee representatives (works council, labor representatives).
* Reviews union committee meeting minutes.
* Drafts and distributes minutes from works council meetings.
* Organizes, in collaboration with headquarters, elections for employee representatives.
* Manages social matters within the establishment, anticipates and resolves labor conflicts, and promotes social dialogue, mediation, and communication.
* Supports department heads on social and legal matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
* Proven experience in Human Resources
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
