The position requires strong architectural judgment, delivery discipline, professional conduct, and the ability to support the entire firm without functional bias.devops and platform engineering • implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability controls • enforce infrastructure‐as‐code and deployment standards • support incident response as tier‐3 escalation owner, including root‐cause analysis full stack development • design and implement backend services and apis • build and maintain frontend components where required for platform or internal tooling • ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability • integrate applications with identity, security, and shared platform services shared‐service support • support all business units with equal priority • provide technical guidance to engineering, infrastructure, security, and application teams • enforce engineering standards for design, documentation, and change control • participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning • bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of professional experience performing activities related to platform engineering, devops, systems architecture, or similar roles devops tooling and ci/cd design cloud platforms and integration patterns backend development and api design frontend development fundamentals incident management and root cause analysis change control and release governance paid public holidays · social security (imss) · major and minor medical insurance throughsofía salud · paid training and continuous mentorship
