As we continue to grow, strong operational support and disciplined business processes are critical to ensuring alignment, accountability, and impact across our teams.*position summary* serve as the primary operational expert for okta, focusing on configuration, deployment, and management of identity workflows.* lead efforts to automate recurring identity operations tasks, using tools like okta workflows, powershell, and python scripting.* assist in the day-to-day administration and operational maintenance of microsoft entra id, focusing on user authentication, access provisioning, and directory synchronization.* monitor and maintain the availability and performance of workforce identity platforms, for both okta and entra id.* track system health and performance metrics.* hands-on experience with microsoft entra id (azure ad) for basic user management, group policies, and role assignments.* in-depth understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices.* bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).as a senior operations analyst for workforce identity, your primary responsibility will be supporting and optimizing identity provider (idp) related operations, particularly user onboarding, lifecycle management, and governance. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system availability, facilitating automation, and ensuring a seamless user experience while adhering to security and compliance standards.
