Our international presence helps businesses solve complex payment needs in every major economy across all time zones.about the rolewe are looking for a partner account manager based in mexico to manage and growpingpong’s relationships with partners and enterprise merchants across the region. You willserve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value partners, responsible forresolving payment queries, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving commercial growth byhelping partners expand their customer base and transaction volumes on pingpong’s platform.this role is suited to a seasoned payments professional who can operate autonomously,navigate complex partner relationships, and identify commercial opportunities within an existingbook of business.key responsibilitiespartner managementown end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of partners and enterprise merchants in mexico and the broader latam regionserve as the primary escalation point for payment-related queries, operational issues, and onboarding questionscoordinate internally with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve partner issues efficiently and within acceptable timeframesrevenue growthproactively identify and execute on opportunities to grow transaction volumes and gmv within existing partner accountswork with partners to expand adoption of pingpong’s broader product suite — including collections, payouts, fx, and card issuancework with partners to create a sales pipeline and accurate forecastpartner successlead regular business reviews with partners to track performance, surface friction points, and align on growth targetseducate partners on new product features and support their go-to-market efforts with end clientsmonitor account health and flag risks or upsell opportunities to internal stakeholdersqualifications5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or commercial relationship managementexperience in cross-border payments, fintech, or financial services is mandatoryproven track record of managing complex, high-value partner relationships and delivering revenue growthstrong ability to handle payment and operational queries independently, with sound judgment on escalationfluent in spanish and english (written and spoken)nice to haveprior experience in payments, fintech industry or financial services is highly preferredstrong understanding of cross-border payments industry, payment processing concepts and transaction flowswho you area customer-focused, proactive, and motivated by solving problems.comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.able to manage multiple priorities and adapt as business needs evolve.confident working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.curious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow into a broader customer success role over time.why work for pingpongbe part of a fast-growing, global fintech company, on a mission to empower enterprises to grow globallywork in a dynamic, collaborative and innovative environment, with the opportunity to learn from veterans in the cross-border payments industryyou’ll have the opportunity to not only directly impact client success and revenue growth, but also be an important contributor to our growth strategycareer growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling global organizationpingpong is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
