Coordinate and monitor the creation of customized business reviews for top accounts
that are not a part of the standardized business review format.
- follow up with sales team members, district directors, and country managers on
presentation timeline of business reviews to clients.
- work with sales team members on business review format modifications and creation
of customized formats as required to meet specific client needs.
- work with cww it team to develop reports and functionality to streamline the
business review process or meet additional client requirements.
- audit and send the key account summary report for the executive team quarterly.
- participate in quarterly business reviews in each region each quarter.
