the cluster financial director is accountable for the financial performance of the hotel portfolio, ensuring adherence to management agreements and collaborating with business leaders to maximize profit and operational excellence.
key responsibilities:
* drive financial performance and manage all finance activities within policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.
* collaborate with general managers and foster strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
* oversee finance team development and participation in relevant finance development programs.
* maintain familiarity with hotel management agreements and implement processes to ensure compliance, reporting non-compliance issues.
* analyze and interpret complex financial data, create reports, forecasts, and projections.
