Responsibilities
* ensure the proper operation, updating, and compliance of the training system and applicable regulatory requirements (internal/external audits and labor regulations), strengthening the related documentation, records, metrics, and processes.
* provide tactical support to the human resources department.
* complies with the applicable requirements of the quality and environmental management system.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, engineering, or related field.
* more than 3 years in training systems and hr processes.
* advanced english (spoken and written).
* office parcel and tress system management.
* strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, decision-making ability, proactive.
* attention to detail in managing records and evidence, analytical skills, documentation and process management, effective communication, teamwork, and a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
