We are looking for a professional and commitment IT Administrator who can be part of our North America IT Hub and help to ensure the correct function of local computers equipments, servers and electronic device, giving an effective and timely attention to the users in site.
The position will be locate in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Requirements:
- Barchelor´s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), any other language is an asset.
Knowledge
- Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Client/Server Versions and O365 (Certifications not necessary)
- Fronted Virtual Machine Administration.
- Database, Network, DNS and DHCP basics.
- Deeper knowledge with or w/o certificates of Microsoft O365, Csico/Meraki Networks or checkpoint Firewalls would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Ensure daily coordination and operation on the information system together with global IT team.
- Level 1 and 2 support for end users, infraestructure and production related IT systems.
- Capable of providing 3rd level support for the teams in Mexico, Canada and USA.
- Provide tools, training and and support to the end users.
- Ensure good supports to improve satisfaction to final user, being service oriented.
- Ensure the respect of group standars, concerning hardware, software, user and license management following global IT guidelines.
