You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the site.

key responsibilities
- lead and manage the chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
- deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth in a challenging start up environment.
- develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with urgency.
- build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies.
able to lead within a cross-functional organization and articulate production escalations.
- provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees.
direct hands-on/tactical support, including floor presence and consistent availability.
- drive a results-oriented culture within the plant, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring accountability at all levels.
- monitor and analyze key operational metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet production targets and financial objectives.

you must have
- minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar scope role.
- strong experience working in a high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environment.
- experience in metal-mechanical operations (sheet metal fabrication, machining, painting, assembly)
- lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification.
- proven track record of successfully managing site operations and greenfield projects.
- demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- strong leadership and communication skills.
- ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.
