involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customers’ shipments to u.s. domestic fedex origination location from international location; responds to customer’s needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.
general job description under general supervision performs the following activities:
- provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
- prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to u.s. domestic fedex locations for fedex distribution in the u.s.
- coordinates loading of shipments at customer’s location to meet customer’s shipping schedules and requirements.
- may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
minimum requirements minimum education - high school degree/equivalent.
- proficiency in english (600 toeic points).
minimum experience - previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fedex products and services preferred.
- experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
minimum required skills - excellent human relations and organizational skills required.
- basic pc skills required.
- flexibility to work different shifts required.
