3. coordinate with operations teams to review border crossing processes.
4. address and resolve transportation and shipping issues.
5. act as a liaison between operations and carriers.
6. manage trailer and driver availability to meet capacity requirements.
7. monitor container pools and suggest adjustments as necessary.
8. analyze service defects and trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
9. maintain strong relationships with customers.
10. participate in developing solutions to support customer needs.
skills and qualifications
* bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* fluency in english, both verbal and written.
