responsibilities
* manage otd, ppv, eco, e&o, quotation process, action logs, yields, customer requests and reports.
* coordinate shipment processes and adhere to incoterms.
* lead and communicate with a group of direct report employees; provide direction and support to project teams.
* ensure effective program management and customer satisfaction through proactive oversight and clear communication.
* be flexible to participate in calls/meetings outside standard working hours as needed.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, international business, finance or similar.
* english 90% proficiency.
* proficiency in microsoft office.
* minimum 7 years of experience in customer service or program management.
* excellent communication skills; ability to manage a team of direct reports.
* excellent negotiation skills; ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
* understanding of shipment processes/methods and incoterms.
* demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain program delivery quality.
