position summary:
we're hiring a full-time amazon brand manager to serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for a portfolio of amazon brands ranging from $0 to $10m+ in annual sales.
you will own the full client relationship — leading communications, running meetings, and developing growth strategies — while coordinating a cross-functional pod to bring those strategies to life.
your primary focus will be:
* owning all client communication across email, slack, and meetings
* running client calls and providing actionable strategic recommendations
* delegating and overseeing execution across your pod (ppc, marketing, catalog, and design)
* driving profitable, sustainable growth for every brand in your portfolio
* serving as the connective tissue between client goals and internal execution
this is a high-ownership, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking strategically, and holding a team accountable to results.
responsibilities:
* manage all client communication via email, slack, and video calls
* run client meetings and deliver clear, data-informed strategic recommendations
* develop and communicate growth strategies tailored to each brand's goals
* qa meetings notes and task assignments for your pm
* monitor brand performance and proactively identify opportunities and risks
* maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction
qualifications:
* 2 years amazon or e-commerce experience required
* proven experience in a client-facing role (account management, brand management, or similar)
* comfortable leading meetings and presenting recommendations with confidence
* skilled at delegating across multiple team members and holding them accountable
* strong written and verbal communication skills

pay:
* mx$700,000 - mx$800,000 annually (mx$58,333 - mx$66,666 /mo)
* pay is broken into a salary and a monthly bonus if the monthly churn for the client portfolio you support is less than 8.30%.
