responsibilities
the opportunity - route engineering analyst
we are looking for a logistics analyst to join our route planning team and drive growth through smart, data-driven logistics solutions. This role plays a critical part in enabling efficient and scalable operations by designing, refining, and implementing route engineering strategies using cutting-edge technology and cross-functional collaboration.
what you’ll do
* lead the execution of routing solutions using territory planner, based on service requests from business units (bus) via route design managers.
* apply the gold standard route engineering process to ensure high-quality and consistent output.
* continuously refine and adjust routing solutions based on real-world performance feedback, collaborating closely with project managers and field teams.
* partner with route planning coordinators to build reports and track performance of implemented solutions.
* contribute to the continuous improvement and rollout of strategic routing initiatives across the region.
* ensure service level agreements (slas) are met for all assigned projects.
* collaborate with fellow route engineers to address technical challenges and share best practices.
qualifications
what we’re looking for
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, or a related field.
* professional fluency in english.
* proficiency in tools such as:
o territory planner, sharepoint, ms access, ms excel (intermediate to advanced), powerpoint, acrobat.
* strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
* excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
* strong organizational and project follow-up skills.
* experience managing and training team members is a plus.
