Job title: financial customer solutions specialist – contact center
purpose:
this position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and financial solutions. The role focuses on managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, resolving inquiries, and implementing effective payment strategies.
key responsibilities:
* handle inbound and outbound calls from daimler truck small business customers in the u.s.
* provide efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns.
* assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts.
* perform skip tracing to locate clients and/or collateral using authorized methods.
* build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.
* act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
note: this role is fully on-site in santa fe, mexico city, which allows for closer collaboration and team integration.
profile:
• education: bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• languages: full proficiency in english (c1-c2).
• experience: minimum 1 year of customer-facing phone experience in collections.
• technical skills: basic to intermediate excel skills.
