deliver workforce planning and architecture services and change activity across global businesses (gb), global infrastructure (gi), and geographic teams.
Working closely with the planning service lead and
architecture service lead
, this role helps enable the workforce planning and architecture team to deliver high:quality change and service
within a global organisation.
The role partners closely with stakeholders to ensure workforce planning and architecture outcomes are delivered effectively.
Main activities
agile delivery and change enablement

employ agile operating model principles, managing work through features, epics, and stories.

act as scrum master and liase with delivery teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver well:scoped and sized packages of work that meet business needs.

support adoption and change through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

continuously improve planning and architecture processes through close collaboration with gb/gi and geographic teams.

establish and leverage feedback mechanisms to identify opportunities for enhancement, innovation, and increased business value.

support change initiatives by documenting processes, tracking actions, and coordinating updates.

participate in user acceptance testing (uat) to ensure changes to products and services meet requirements and are ready for deployment.

work collaboratively with the wider workforce planning and architecture team to understand, influence, and develop workforce planning and architecture policy, guidance and analytical capabilities.

experience supporting processes, services, or operational delivery in an people, governance and communications (pgc), people, or data:focused environment.

experience creating or maintaining documentation, guidance, or knowledge content.

working knowledge of data analysis using ms excel, including formulas and pivot tables

experience working as a scrum master in agile delivery environments, with practical knowledge of features, epics, stories, and scrum delivery models.
