*responsibilities*:
under limited supervision and in accordance with federal, state and local laws/regulations and johnson & johnson corporate guidelines and procedures, this position:
- generates reports through business systems such as jde among others and consolidates the information for production control of the business unit (production, yield).
- prepare necessary reports for the business unit such as headcount, muv, scrap, absorption, cycle time, among others.
- participates in the preparation of the annual business plan and updates throughout the year.
- coordinates scheduling of business unit meetings and trainings.
- assists the unit in the coordination of special programs.
- he is trained to perform gmp's audits.
- responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management.
- for those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all company guidelines related to health, safety and environment practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable..
- is responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state and local company regulations, policies and procedures o performs other assigned duties as needed.
- active member of the kaizen program and/or continuous improvement projects.
leads the financial report of the business unit with the metrics: muv, cip, capex, abs, among others.
leads the report of production metrics per shift for the goals of: % of production released against planned (status 550,555, 930, 950), yield, meta mps, kanban, among others.
under general supervision, executes and documents associate training programs and ensures timely completion of training requirements.

- high school or equivalent technical career.
proficient in english language (preferred).
- knowledge and skills to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities of the position.
- 2 to 4 years of experience related to the position.
o start of up to 25% at the end of your professional career (preferred).
- knowledge of good manufacturing practices gmp's and gdp's.
- communication skill.
- basic/elementary english (preferably).
