*what we're looking for*:
sermo is looking for a client success associate who will work with our pharmaceutical companies and agency partners to activate campaigns that enable them to reach and engage their target physician audience within the sermo ecosystem. You will plan, direct, and coordinate all tactical activities to ensure campaign goals are met or exceeded within the prescribed timeframe, parameters, and scope.

*responsibilities*:

- ensure overall client satisfaction by providing a positive experience with effective and timely delivery of all campaigns
- develop project plans and partner with a client success lead to ensure timelines align with client expectations and are managed accordingly
- communicate clear direction and information to internal teams to drive campaign execution - provide assets for production, traffic comments, qa pre-launch, review reporting, etc.
- support client medical-legal-regulatory review and submission processes, acting as the sermo representative for client review calls to facilitate creative approval
- develop and maintain all project documentation and status reporting per client request
- collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve any technical or delivery-related issues
- update monthly revenue forecasts based on project plans/timelines

*qualifications*:

- 1-3 years of experience in a project management, client service or account management role
- experience with digital advertising and/or pharma healthcare experience preferred
- passion for customer service and for ensuring our clients have the best experience possible
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- organized, responsible and results driven
- experience working with salesforce, ms office, jira, smartsheet, veevavault or fuse a plus
- knowledge of the creative development process (within pharmaceutical industry.
