we're looking for a
creative strategist
to help bring products to market, launch campaigns, and build meaningful brand awareness with young audiences. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of marketing strategy and creative thinking. You understand how to position a brand, uncover the right audience insights, and translate them into compelling creative briefs that drive impactful work. You're equally comfortable building a strategy deck as you are contributing to a brainstorm.
responsibilities
brand and campaign strategy for product launches and awareness initiatives
development of audience and cultural insights
writing creative briefs and framing strategic directions for campaigns
go-to-market strategy and brand positioning recommendations
collaboration with creative directors, art directors, and cross-functional teams
supporting pitch development and rfp responses
what we're looking for
3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or marketing strategy
proven ability to develop strategic frameworks that lead to strong creative execution
deep understanding of how to reach and engage gen z audiences
strong written communication skills — able to create clear, compelling, and opinionated briefs and decks
comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
experience launching brands or leading awareness campaigns
essential requirements
background in both strategy and creative — experience working across both sides
experience developing:
brand roadmaps
brand platforms
social strategy
go-to-market campaign strategy
experience with youth culture research or qualitative insights
familiarity with social-first and digital-first campaign environments
proficiency with google workspace tools
schedule
monday to friday, part-time (minimum 20 hours per week), aligned with us pacific time.
compensation
fixed monthly salary ($210 – $280) + additional payment for extra hours worked.
