the position
reporting organizationally to the local venue operations director, the tournament time staff will play a key role in delivering the fifa world cup 2026 tournament.
responsibilities
* supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations.
* being present on-site during events to oversee operations, provide real-time problem-solving, and ensure smooth delivery.
* managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
* working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with fifa guidelines and local regulations.
* acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations within assigned areas.
* monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
* collaborating with cross-functional teams across the usa, canada, and mexico to align on deliverables and timelines.

* fluent in english. Spanish and/or french proficiency is a plus

* proficient in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint, visio & project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
