- the quality engineer will support the daily operation of the quality system of the organization.
- will respond to internal and external customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. Interprets and executes policies and procedures and provides modifications to operating processes.
- the quality engineer will review the engineering deliverables and will participate in the design reviews.
- will perform internal audits and redact/update quality assurance plans. T
- the quality engineer will also lead supplier activities related to subcontractor and vendor approval, audits, and quality.
- liaison with the certification authorities is also part of the quality engineer’s mandate as required by certain programs..
*job duties*:
- review and audit engineering’s deliverables and processes
- prepare and review software and hardware quality assurance plans
- participate in design reviews
- approve releases for products, software loads, and various drawings (mechanical, optical,
electrical)
- work with suppliers to improve quality and otd, assign scar to
implement permanent corrective action and maintain good traceability on
improvements.
- support and maintain the corrective action system. Coordinate
timely completion of car and verify and validate efficiency.
- review ncr and coordinate mrb for disposition
- perform and assist others in reviewing and completing first article inspection reports
- maintain and implement calibration schedule and control.
- support the implementation and phase-in of product changes at
eco meetings.
Experiência y requisitos
- *
english fluid*( interviews in english and daily communication)
- experience as a *quality engineer in manufacturing in the electronics or medical industry* is preferred.
