Eli lilly latam is looking for a resilient and adaptable skilled professional with expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and market research. This position is responsible for developing sales & prescriptions forecasts; and lead market research projects for specialty brands in latam and conduct internal brand analyses.

this role will also be responsible for defining and prioritizing business problems, discovering insights, and influencing business partners to make better business decisions and develop more effective solutions through the inclusion of customer input and market data.

the market research manager will support the local and regional market research projects to plan and execute specific market research projects so as the assess in a better way the brand performance.

you will be a core member of the product team to help inform critical strategic decisions for improved performance based on current trends and anticipated future performance trends to influence brand management teams for timely decision making.

key responsabilities:

* review, report and make strategic recommendations on current and new brand performance, including development and maintenance of performance dashboards/trackers.
* lead primary and secondary market research projects in order provide a detailed analysis to provide valuable insights.
* identification, definition and prioritization of needs for input from a specific customer group (i.e., hcp, consumer, payer).
* partner with cross functional team (marketing, sales, pricing, reimbursement & access) to monitor and provide market insights to the brand teams on competitor performance in the market.
* develop trx and dot demand forecasts for specialty products.
* monitor and track performance against monthly demand forecasts, revise and update forecast models.
* lead the annual business plan planning process for all specialty products with the cross-functional team (medical, marketing, pricing, reimbursement & access, sales).
* guide marketing and sales teams through the annual cdm process (sales convention, iweek, customer plan, etc) for its timely execution and insight delivery.
* run brand trackers across the region partnering with agencies for questionary development and delivering result and recommendations to brand management.
* develop & deliver executive presentations for sr. leadership with market insights and performance.

minimum requirements:

* strong analytical competency with at least 3 years of combined experience with forecasting and/or market research in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
* education requirements: bachelor's degree in the field of science, business administration, etc.
* fluent english (conversation and written).

additional preferences:

* marketing and/or sales experience.
* experience of utilizing multiple data sets/sources for forecasting purposes, reporting – including market research, iqvia, close up, etc.
* understanding of the latam pharmaceutical market environment.
