what you'll do
- edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for paid advertising campaigns.
- transform raw footage into polished, high-performing ads optimized for scroll-stopping engagement.
- collaborate with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
- stay on top of trends in social media, advertising, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive.
- deliver projects on time in multiple formats optimized for various platforms.
*requirements*:
*what we're looking for*:
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, brand, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience highly preferred).
- proven track record of editing successful ads for paid media campaigns.
- expertise in editing software such as adobe premiere pro, after effects, final cut pro, or similar tools.
- strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and persuasive editing techniques.
- familiarity with performance marketing metrics (ctr, conversions, hook & hold rates for retention measurement) is a plus.
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- a strong portfolio showcasing ads and marketing-driven content is required
