we are seeking a
servicenow sam pro implementation lead
to join our team. In this role, you will lead the latam servicenow sam pro implementations—combining strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing skills. You will also collaborate with our sales and technical teams in pre-sales activities, supporting the implementation and optimization of our software asset management (sam) solutions, including
open it's licenseanalyzer
.
this position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in servicenow sam pro projects who can translate business needs into tailored technical solutions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value for clients.
key duties and responsibilities:
 * lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of
 servicenow sam pro
 and
 ham
 modules, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with
 itam/itsm best practices.
 * help with the
 integration of servicenow sam pro and licenseanalyzer
 using the
 open it connector.
 * manage the
 end-to-end implementation
 lifecycle – from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
 * participate in
 pre-sales engagements
 by providing technical consultation, scoping solutions, and delivering product demonstrations, including
 licenseanalyzer.
 * assess current asset management processes and design
 future-state solutions
 aligned with business objectives.
 * configure and customize servicenow for
 license compliance, optimization, and lifecycle tracking.
 * develop
 integrations, workflows, reports, and dashboards
 to ensure accurate asset data and actionable insights.
 * provide
 documentation, training,
 and
 knowledge transfer
 to clients and internal teams.
 * support the
 rfi/rfp process
 and contribute to continuous improvement and solution development initiatives.
 * represent open it in
 industry events, webinars, and client presentations.
required qualifications:
 * multilingual proficiency with fluency in
 english and spanish
 ;
 portuguese
 language skills are an additional strength.
 * proven
 hands-on experience
 implementing multiple servicenow sam pro projects.
 * strong understanding of
 software license models, discovery tools, cmdb structure,
 and the
 it asset lifecycle.
 * expertise in
 servicenow configuration, scripting,
 or
 workflow development.
 * experience with
 integrations
 and
 data ingestion
 in servicenow.
 * strong
 analytical, client-facing,
 and
 stakeholder management
 skills.
preferred qualifications:
 * servicenow certifications
 (cis-sam, cis-ham, itam, or itsm)
 * experience in
 it consulting
 or
 technical pre-sales
 roles.
