design and implement people, culture, leadership, and talent systems that enable bloom digitals to scale rapidly while protecting our culture, elevating performance standards, and improving the employee experience end-to-end.
This is a *strategic role*, not administrative.

*key requirements*
- *minimum b2 english proficiency*:
- *5+ years* in people, culture, hr, or talent leadership roles.
- *3+ years* leading performance management, leadership development, and engagement programs.
- *3+ years* designing people & culture systems from scratch.
- proven experience scaling companies from 30 to 100+ employees.
*work conditions*
- work schedule: 09:00 - 13:00 central mexico time
- *on-site work (aguascalientes, mexico)*:
